We Don't Make Doughnuts. We Make Mornings Better.

Maggi's Doughnut isn't a chain. It's a corner of West LA where the oven's been running since before most of us had coffee dates. Every batch is hand-formed, proofed slowly, and fried in small batches — because speed shouldn't be the goal when the result is this good.

Our recipes haven't changed in decades. The glaze is still mixed the same way. The dough still rises the way it always has. What has changed? The line out the door. And honestly, we're not complaining.
